Very Important Holiday Parade Info!!!

Saturday, November 24

Please read all of the following information carefully!

·       Float Construction- 9am in the Mennies side parking lot.  If you are willing, please donate your time to help construct our float.  Please DO NOT drop off your student and leave.  Parents must stay with their student during construction.

·       We will be meeting on the FRONT LAWN of Landis Middle School at 4:30pm Sharp!

·       Each member MUST have ONE Parent/Guardian riding the Float with them. (No siblings please). If your student does not have a parent/guardian to ride with them, they cannot ride on the float.

·       Please make arrangements to be picked up near Sacred Heart Church as this the end of the parade route.  Everyone must exit the float at this time.

·       DRESS WARM and USE THE BATHROOM BEFOREHAND!!!

We need volunteers to help take the float apart back at Mennies immediately following the parade

This Thursday at 5:15 in the Mennies media center... Parent meeting about our float in the 2012 Vineland Christmas Parade!

Important Reminders for students and families!!!

1.  Rehearsal Monday 11/5 until 6:30 PM
2.  White Shirts and Black pants were due by today...No later than Monday , please.(labeled with your name).
3.  The Veterans Performance is at 2:00 on Wednesday 11/7.  Please invite as many as you can!  If you are donating refreshments, please bring them Wednesday morning.  Thank you!
