December Rehearsal Reminder

Just a reminder that there is Fine Arts rehearsal today (12/5/12) and next Wednesday (12/12/12) until 5 PM. Members should make every effort to attend these rehearsals. If they miss rehearsals they may not be able to perform with the Fine Arts club in the Holiday Concerts.
Also don't forget to sell those candles! They make great gifts! Orders are due on December 14th by 4PM.

Saturday, November 24

Please read all of the following information carefully!

·       Float Construction- 9am in the Mennies side parking lot.  If you are willing, please donate your time to help construct our float.  Please DO NOT drop off your student and leave.  Parents must stay with their student during construction.

·       We will be meeting on the FRONT LAWN of Landis Middle School at 4:30pm Sharp!

·       Each member MUST have ONE Parent/Guardian riding the Float with them. (No siblings please). If your student does not have a parent/guardian to ride with them, they cannot ride on the float.

·       Please make arrangements to be picked up near Sacred Heart Church as this the end of the parade route.  Everyone must exit the float at this time.

·       DRESS WARM and USE THE BATHROOM BEFOREHAND!!!

We need volunteers to help take the float apart back at Mennies immediately following the parade

Important Reminders for students and families!!!

1.  Rehearsal Monday 11/5 until 6:30 PM
2.  White Shirts and Black pants were due by today...No later than Monday , please.(labeled with your name).
3.  The Veterans Performance is at 2:00 on Wednesday 11/7.  Please invite as many as you can!  If you are donating refreshments, please bring them Wednesday morning.  Thank you!

Please note that the rehearsal that was scheduled for Monday, October 29, 2012 has been rescheduled for Friday, November 2, 2012 4:00-5:00pm. Thank you.

Veterans Tribute INFO!!!!

Please notice the following rehearsal date changes: 
Wednesday October 24th (until 5pm)
 Monday October 29th (until 5pm)
 Monday November 5th (Until 6:30pm!)

Please be sure to have a white button-up collared shirt, black pants, and black shoes!  Bring them, labeled, to the Music Room. 

Veterans Tribute is Wednesday, November 7th at 2:00.  Parent volunteers for refreshments, please contact Mr. Hannah or Ms. Sapello.

Students- be sure to memorize your part for "What America Means to Me", as well as the person before you!...Also, "Hero" needs to get much better!!!  Let's all start working as hard as we can!

Welcome back everyone!  We are excited for another wonderful year of Fine Arts Club!  Just a reminder that after school rehearsals will begin on Wednesday 9/19.  Rehearsals are until 5:00, so please make arrangements for your student to be picked up by 5pm.  Have a great day!
